2. Our company provides a design service life of 30 years for the product, meaning it can be used for 30 years under normal operating environments and conditions.

3. If the user discovers quality problems during use, our company will respond within 1 hour of receiving the information. If on-site resolution is required, personnel will be dispatched within 12 hours for locations within the province and within 24 hours for locations outside the province.

4. Within the one-year quality guarantee period, if any damage, defects, or malfunctions of the product and engineering lines are caused by defects in our company's design, manufacturing, and materials, our company will send dedicated personnel to provide after-sales service after receiving written notice from the buyer.

5. During the product construction process, if technical training or other services are required, our company will provide training free of charge.
